When you upload a resume, the text content is extracted and temporarily processed by our AI to identify your skills, job titles, experience, and education. This data is never stored on our servers. It exists only in memory during your active session and is discarded immediately after processing.

2. Information We Store

We store the following data in our database, associated with an anonymous session identifier (not your name or email):

  • Bookmarked jobs — job listings you choose to save
  • Application tracker entries — job applications you choose to track
  • Contact form submissions — if you choose to contact us

3. Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number (unless you voluntarily submit a contact form)
  • We do not require account registration
  • We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party

4. Resume Data

Your resume is processed entirely server-side for the purpose of extracting structured information (skills, titles, experience). The raw file and extracted text are not written to disk or stored in any database. Processing occurs in-memory and is garbage-collected after the API response is returned.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to maintain your bookmarks and application tracker across browser sessions. This cookie contains only an anonymous session identifier. It does not contain personal information and is not used for tracking or advertising.

6. Third-Party Services

Our service fetches job listings from third-party job boards (Remotive, Arbeitnow, Jobicy, WeWorkRemotely, Greenhouse). We do not share your resume or personal data with these services. We only query their public APIs using job title keywords.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your bookmarks and application tracker entries at any time from within the app. To request deletion of any contact form data, email us at [email protected].

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our database uses encryption at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect the data we store.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
